Good and excellent location close to everything in Jerusalem and easy access to a shopping mall and a large shopping mall. Good service, very friendly and efficient staff. Clean facilities and large and inclusive breakfast with Israeli dishes, fresh salads

The breakfast had a wide array of excellent options, and was inclusive and wonderful. They gave me a double room with a fridge, air conditioning and kids who may jump.

The location is absolutely perfect and convenient, it's just next door to railway station, Centre 1, and Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion. It's worth staying here and exploring West Jerusalem district.

Convientient location and good breakfast
Very limited English programs on TV. Only BBC World service. Suggest that they add Fox, Sky, and other English news services. The audio for BBC World service was very bad

There was no refrigerator in the room. When I asked for it, I was told that it can be provided at extra cost. The TV was not working. The charge for WiFi was very high. The 3 bedroom room was not comfortable.

Not bad for a solo traveler
The room was modern and clean, really appreciated the clever bedlights that only focused light where needed! The breakfast was a surprise, a nice range of foods, especially enjoyed the pizza in the morning.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive. But still acceptable.

We really enjoyed the spacious Superior Double Room with comfy beds and a nice view. The pool and rooftop terrace were perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Only downside was the slight smell in the room, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 😊
